How to install eSIM?

    Connect to Wi-Fi and open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).

    Tap Add eSIM → Use QR Code. Scan the QR code from your rivo sim order on another screen, or choose Enter Details Manually.

    Follow the prompts, give your travel line a name and keep your usual line for calls if needed.

    At your destination, select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming on that line. Turn off roaming on your usual line to avoid charges.

    Connect to Wi-Fi and open Settings → Connections → SIM manager (Samsung), or Network & internet → SIMs (Pixel).

    Choose Add eSIM or Download a SIM, then scan your order’s QR code. Use the manual activation details if needed.

    Follow the prompts to download the eSIM and name your travel line.

  4. 4

    At your destination, select the eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming on that line. Menus vary by model.

Check your plan’s activation policy before installing: validity may begin on installation or first network connection. Keep your QR code private and do not delete the eSIM unless instructed; it may not be reusable.
