FAQs
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM installed on a compatible phone without inserting a physical SIM card.
When does my plan start?
Check the activation policy on the plan page. Some plans begin on installation; others begin when they first connect to a supported network.
Can I keep my phone number?
You can usually keep your usual SIM for calls and messages while using your travel eSIM for data. Your regular carrier’s roaming charges may still apply.
Does my eSIM include calls?
Check your plan details. Data-only plans do not include a phone number, voice minutes or SMS; internet messaging apps can use your data.
Can I share my connection?
Hotspot support depends on the plan and local network. Check the hotspot information before purchasing.
What if I cannot connect?
Check coverage, select your eSIM for mobile data, enable roaming for that line and follow the plan’s APN instructions. Contact support if the issue continues.
